The role:

As they turn six years old, the team are looking to hire a qualified accountant to support with the continued growth and development of the business.

This is a highly visible role in a small, yet fast growing team.
Duties:
• Ongoing nurturing, management, and development of client relationships
• Production and review of management accounts
• Providing analysis and advice to clients to assist in key decision making
• Corporate finance – involvement in helping clients raise finance / investment
• Idea generation to share and implement across team
Who are we looking for:
Perhaps you are currently working for a traditional accountancy firm but feel frustrated that you’re not really getting to help your clients?
Perhaps you are using outdated technology from the last decade? Is the culture a bit too stuffy for you? Is the hierarchy of your firm stifling your career progression? Perhaps you left practice for the bright lights of industry but miss the variety of dealing with a diverse range of clients?
Then we would love to talk with you! For this role, we’re looking to hire a professionally qualified accountant with experience gained in professional practice (if you have some industry experience, and/or exposure to corporate finance, that’s a bonus too). As a person, you will be naturally curious, will start lots of sentences with ‘why?’ and you’ll enjoy challenging the status quo.
You will thrive working in a flexible and collegiate environment where you are encouraged to understand your clients, and therefore serve them better. Above all, you must love helping people.
What’s on offer:
A competitive salary (£32-£40k pa) and a performance related bonus. In addition, you will become part of their regular Lunch Club. Unlimited (proper!) coffee, a monthly budget for learning and books, and private healthcare.
