The Role:
The Qualified Accountant will manage a range of accounting tasks as well as providing support to fellow team members. Using the best technology coupled with a customer focused design led approach, you will be encouraged to bring your own ideas to a highly collaborative, collegiate culture.
Overview:
- Overall responsibility for the delivery of year-end accounts
- Overall responsibility for corporate tax and self-assessment tax returns
- Responsible for managing a small portfolio of clients
- Manage the relationship with Tax Partners, ETC Tax
- Provide technical support to payroll & VAT team
- Respond to client queries on compliance matters
Person Specification:
- Accounting practice experience essential coupled with a recognised accounting qualification
- Extensive experience of preparing year-end accounts and tax returns
- Extensive experience of preparing self-assessments tax returns
- Experience of preparing VAT returns
- Experience of processing a range of payrolls
- Experience of providing support and guidance to fellow team members preferred
