The role:
The core purpose of this role is to support the CFO in managing all aspects of debt and equity financing, as well as ad-hoc commercial and corporate work.

Responsibilities:
Support CFO in raising new debt and refinancing, including but not limited to:
• Management of new and existing debt relationships including but not limited to:
> Bank facilities
> Invoice finance
> Asset finance
> Vessel finance
> Performance bonds and similar
> Bond issues
• Provision of information and analysis to shareholders
• Investment analysis
• Corporate modelling
• Commercial analysis
• Business deep dives
Accountabilities:
• Co-ordination of debt facilities – debt-raising, ongoing compliance across the Group
• Close interaction with various stakeholders
• Development of practical corporate modelling tool
• Preparation of Board submissions
Who are we looking for:
• Qualified accountant or analogous (MBA, Chartered Banker, Charter Financial Analyst)
• Demonstrable post qualification experience
• Experience in a corporate lending role in a bank desirable but not essential
• Alternatively experience in Transaction Services
• Good understanding of key principles of lending, investment appraisal and valuation
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
• Able to draft well reasoned and professionally presented documentation to a Board standard
• Collegiate and hard working attitude
