During the past eight years our client has successfully completed numerous assignments and transactions in the UK, Scandinavia, Mainland Europe, North America, the Middle East and New Zealand.

The Role:
Working in a small team of high calibre professionals, the Specialist will provide critical corporate finance support to a range of clients.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing Financial Due Diligence analysis on target acquisitions
• Assist in preparation of Financial Due Diligence reports for acquisition targets
• Assist in preparing financial information for Information Memorandums on Sell side acquisitions
• Assist in preparation of Information Memorandum reports on Sell side acquisitions
• Assist in managing data-rooms for potential acquisitions
• Assist in identifying new acquisition opportunities
• Perform financial analysis as required on client information
• Financial modelling on both existing client information and also new acquisition opportunities
• Ad-hoc financial analysis as required
Person specification
• Fully qualified accountant, practice or industry trained
• Problem solver accustomed to using own initiative to find solutions
• Self starter who can both take direction and work autonomously
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at different levels and build strong relationships
• Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment
