Turnover has increased significantly during the past 24 months, and to help to fuel this growth, the CEO is looking to appoint an experienced accountant to run the small finance function on a day to day basis.

The role:
The Finance Manager will ensure the smooth running of the finance function across all locations, ensuring accurate and on-time management reporting, and supporting business performance with insightful intelligence.
Reporting into the CEO, the Finance Manager will manage a varied role with one part-time report. Suits a finance professional who is looking to take on a stimulating challenge in an incredibly varied role, working closely with the wider business to achieve strategic goals.
The CEO will actively seek your advice, and consider you as their go-to person on all financial aspects of the business.
This is truly a full-cycle role in a small but growing organisation.
Who are we looking for:
Our client is ideally looking to appoint a fully qualified accountant, with previous SME experience preferred.
You must be a self-starter who can work autonomously, and you will take a great deal of pride in your attention to detail, analytical skills, and both interpersonal and communication skills.
