Vero Recruitment has been exclusively appointed by a specialist energy service company to recruit an operationally focused, finance business partner into the role of Finance Manager – Europe. Position is based in Aberdeen.

The opportunity:
To join an international, integrated energy company at a critical time in their future growth strategy, in a highly operational and business focused Finance Manager role.
The role:
The Finance Manager is responsible for leading a team of five Management Accountants in preparing timely, accurate and relevant management reporting across the Europe region.
Duties will include (but will not be limited to) monthly accounting entries, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, variance analysis, project accounting, working capital analysis and management. Moreover, the Finance Manager will assist in tender / bid reviews.
The Finance Manager will work closely with a range of key stakeholders including the Regional Director, Operations Director, Business Line Heads, and Functional Heads.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this represents a first class opportunity for a highly motivated finance professional to make a significant impact across a key region.

To apply, you should have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the energy industry. Experience of leading and developing a team is essential.
