The role:
The Financial Accounting Lead will play a key role within a highly motivated, and dynamic, finance function.
To provide support for all financial accounting matters and ad-hoc day-to-day finance function support. This represents an ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant who is looking to join a high-growth organisation, in a fast paced culture, with first class career development opportunities.
The Financial Accounting Lead is responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts, the preparation of consolidated accounts, and will lead in the preparation of more complex areas of accounting including decom, DD&A, leases and hedging.
The successful individual will be a key point of contact for external auditors and will have a strong focus on promoting an exceptional financial controls environment, with the opportunity to enhance and implement process and procedure efficiencies.
Who are we looking for:
Suits an experienced professional seeking a first move into industry from professional services (around Manager level), or an experienced industry trained accountant with previous financial reporting skills.
