Vero Recruitment has been exclusively appointed by a leading Scottish business to recruit a Financial Controller based in North Aberdeenshire.

The role:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Financial Controller is accountable for the day-to-day management and operation of the accounting team.
This individual will have primary responsibility for compliance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Payroll, Treasury, Tax Filing, Stock and audits.
The role will be involved in enhancement projects within the finance team and may also be exposed to those in the wider organisation.
The finance department harnesses the use of modern systems including D365 and Power BI. These are integrated into the business and operate highly efficiently.
The Financial Controller will have the opportunity to help to further drive efficiency with systems, processes and procedures.
The Financial Controller will also be a key participant and be exposed to M&A activity.
Who are we looking for:
To be considered you should hold a professional accountancy qualification as well as experience in a Senior Accountant or Finance Manager role.
Suits individuals based to the North side of Aberdeen.
