Following the recent appointment of a new CFO, this is a newly created role that will lead a period of finance transformation, bedding in best practice, driving efficiencies and supporting a newly established executive team deliver an ambitious growth agenda.
This role is ideal for someone who is not just technically capable, but can take ownership, build confidence, and help to professionalise a rapidly expanding business.

Our ideal candidate:
To be considered for this unique opportunity…
- Professionally qualified accountant
- Strong technical accountant
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment or PE-backed business is a plus
- Hands-on – not afraid to get into the detail and lead by example
- Track record of improving close processes and bringing rigour to reporting
- Comfortable building structure from ambiguity
- Confident with systems and able to give clear direction on best practices for process improvement
- Good communicator – able to work across finance, operations and commercial teams
- People-minded – knows how to lead others, even when coaching is needed
