The opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will take ownership of management information, costings, and financial insight across the business. You will play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, helping to drive better commercial decisions and operational efficiency.
This is a strategic and data-led role that supports both domestic and international growth, ensuring leadership teams have the insight they need to steer performance and investment decisions effectively.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and control of management information across multiple revenue streams
- Partner with business leaders to review P&Ls, interpret margins, and provide meaningful commercial insight
- Develop and deliver monthly management reporting packs and KPI dashboards
- Own the budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial planning processes
- Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and governance standards are maintained
- Lead, develop, and support a small finance team
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, systems, and finance processes
- Provide financial input into projects, strategic initiatives, and potential acquisitions
- Work collaboratively across sites and functions to improve efficiency and decision-making
Who we’re looking to attract:
- Strong analytical thinker with sound commercial judgement
- Confident communicator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven experience in FP&A, management reporting, and business partnering
- Strong systems capability (D365 and Power BI advantageous)
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
- Strong values around integrity, ownership, and continuous improvement
