Vero Recruitment has been exclusively appointed to a recruit a Financial Reporting Manager for a high growth PE backed business based in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or remote with some office visits.
Following the recent appointment of a highly experienced, commercial and change oriented CFO with a proven track record in Private Equity, this is a newly created role that will lead a period of finance transformation, bedding in best practice, driving efficiencies and supporting a newly established team to deliver an ambitious growth agenda.

The role:
The Financial Reporting Manager plays a critical role in managing the financial reporting process for their global operations. Working closely with the Chief Financial Officer and senior leaders within the finance team, the Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for conducting comprehensive and detailed analyses of the company’s financial accounts.
The Financial Reporting Manager will collaborate with the Management Accountants and FP&A team to consolidate accounts, challenging data where necessary to get a comprehensive view of the financial health of the company.
The goal for the Financial Reporting Manager is to effectively communicate the financial health and performance of the business in a clear and compelling manner using a variety of mediums, to support strategic decision making and drive business growth.
