Position is becoming available due to retirement. Overview:
The Head of Tax will report to the Director Commercial Finance and Strategic Planning and be part of the Finance Leadership Team. The role will have primary responsibility for the implementation of tax strategy and compliance across the EnQuest Group. Managing a team of high performing tax professionals, this represents a unique opportunity for a high calibre tax professional to manage this critical role.

Candidate profile:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and efficient structuring of investment and asset/corporate transactions.
Suits an experienced senior tax professional with extensive in-house tax experience, and/or Senior Manager and Director level tax professionals in professional services, open to considering a progressive move to industry.
Extensive UK upstream oil and gas experience is essential.
