Vero has been appointed by a private equity backed energy company in Aberdeen to recruit a highly experienced accountant on an interim basis to provide a period of cover. The interim Financial Controller will work alongside other members of the finance and leadership team to deliver a suite of projects.

Headquartered in Aberdeen and with bases in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, they are highly acquisitive and this is set to continue over the coming years with a significant recruitment drive planned.
Who are we looking for:
You will ideally be a professionally qualified accountant with significant post-qualifying experience. You must have an impeccable eye for detail, have a tenacious go-getter attitude, and be looking to add a great deal of value to your next role. You will have the ability to think on your feet and to work autonomously.
The role:
Due to a continued period of growth, our client requires additional senior finance support. The interim Financial Controller will work alongside high calibre senior finance professionals to ensure deadlines and projects are delivered, and to add value to several initiatives that are key to our clients development.
