Working as part of a small, collaborative finance team, the Management Accountant will take ownership of core financial reporting, controls and analysis, supporting the business with accurate, timely and insightful financial information.

This is a varied and hands-on role with a high level of autonomy and visibility. You will play a key role in the month-end process, statutory reporting, and budgeting and forecasting cycles, while also supporting the ongoing development of financial controls and processes.

Alongside core reporting responsibilities, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing analysis and insight to support decision-making and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including detailed variance analysis and clear, insightful commentary
• Supporting the budgeting and reforecasting process, working closely with key stakeholders across the business
• Ownership of the month-end process, including balance sheet reconciliations, validation and reporting
• Production of statutory accounts and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of strong financial controls in line with group frameworks
• Providing high-quality financial analysis to support business initiatives and decision-making
• Assisting with Board reporting and the coordination of financial information for senior leadership
• Supporting continuous improvement of financial systems, processes and reporting
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory, tax and regulatory requirements
• Acting as a key point of contact for finance-related queries across the business

Who we’re looking for:

You will have previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar role, with a strong grounding in financial reporting, controls and analysis.

You’ll be comfortable working with complex data, able to interpret financial information effectively, and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders across the business.

You will be proactive, well-organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Equally important is your approach – you’ll be collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a positive team culture while continuously improving ways of working.

What’s on offer:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, globally active organisation with a clear sense of purpose and strong market position.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of financial activities, work closely with an experienced team, and play a visible role in supporting both operational performance and ongoing business improvement.

Hybrid working available.
