The role:
The role of Performance Accountant is a newly created position within the team structure. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate as understanding key business drivers and reporting on them quickly to the Board(s) and the Heads of Department is critical to making the right business decisions.
The Performance Accountant is responsible for the collation, validation and presentation of all KPIs for the entire Group . The Performance Accountant will work very closely with the existing Management & Financial Accounting team to ensure that reporting is accurate, consistent, and timely. In addition, As an integral part of the internal finance function this new position will support and assist the team in all regular reporting, budgeting and collation of rolling forecasts. This will give the function important scale and cover as our client continues to expand and grow.

Who are we looking to attract:
You will ideally hold a professional accountancy qualification. Relevant transferable experience and/or a passion for data manipulation and analysis is essential.
Role may suit a recently qualified accountant who is looking to take on a business focused and highly analytical role, or industry trained accountants with transferable skills.
