The role:
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Senior Accountant is responsible for the preparation of accurate financial information, to allow assessment of historic performance and reliable forecasting of future performance across the business units.
The Senior Accountant will assist the Finance Director in the preparation of management information and other analysis as required.
This will include the preparation of management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash forecasting. The position will also be involved in ensuring a robust environment of financial control and governance across the relevant businesses. There will be a strong commercial aspect to the role and the successful candidate will have a key involvement in the provision and presentation of financial information to inform strategic decision making at Board level.
