With operations across the globe’s major energy hubs, our client has an enviable track record gained over the past 30 years, and has recently started to develop their offering into the renewable energy sector too.
Turnover has more than doubled during the past two years.
Who are we looking for:
Professional qualifications are not essential, if you can demonstrate extensive management accounting experience in a similar role. Suits an experienced accountant who is looking for a solid, stable, value-adding finance role working for a highly experienced Finance Manager.
Overview:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Accountant is responsible for the preparation of reports, records, and accounts to aid management decision making.
The Senior Accountant will act as a business partner to a range of key stakeholders. Working effectively with both finance and non-finance team members is a fundamental aspect of the role. Working with a highly experienced Finance Manager, the Senior Accountant will ensure the smooth running of the small, close-knit finance function.
The Senior Accountant will manage, train, and develop the Accountant, with future growth opportunities available as the business continues to scale. In addition to the regular duties, there will be a range of ad-hoc projects for the Senior Accountant to get involved in.
This is an autonomous, critical role with the ability to make positive change.
